A Richard Burton production of Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street relocated to the modern day in a warehouse setting, the chorus of warehouse workers replaced the London crowd and they acted out their darkest fantasies through a collaborative dream of a demon barber: Sweeney Todd. This eventually leads to an emboldened state where the warehouse workers feel they have the mental strength to do what they must do to become free - they kill their boss!
